How to pass the verification process?

Last update: 28.03.2023

To verify your profile, you need to upload the documents in the private office (here: grandcapital.net/account/profile/documents).
Please, don’t send documents to support or by email, documents sent like that can’t be checked by the security department!

Required documents:

A document proving your identity (ID, passport, driving license).

A document indicating your residence address (e.g., a utility bill or a bill for communication services, ban account balance with your name and address). There has to be a full residence address, your name, and surname in the document. A document has to be no more than three months old from the day of receipt.

If your document has a residency address, an additional document is not needed.

If you make a deposit on your account with a bank card, it is necessary to upload a scan copy or a photo of the card that you used for depositing. On the front side, there have to be the first 6 and last 4 digits of a card number, your name, and expiration date; on the reverse side, there has to be your signature. CVV/CVC code has to be covered, so do the unrequired figures of the card number.

All edges of the documents must be visible. A document should be centered and take no more than 80% of a photo. All the data has to be clearly visible and readable. One example of how it should be: grandcapital.net/static/uploads/files/passport_sample.jpg
