Payback is credited as real money in your trading account. It is displayed in the column “Balance / Equity”, we don’t keep this money separately.
Payback is deposited once a day and becomes available for withdrawal or for trading right after depositing. The sum which you see in your personal office shows how many bonuses on the loyalty program you were awarded since day one.
If there are no funds in your account, then the whole sum of reward deposited through the loyalty program has already been withdrawn or used in trading.
