Quotation currency

Quotation currency is a currency with which the price of the base currency is estimated. In the currency pairs, it stands the second in the instrument’s name (in the right). For instance, the American dollar is the quote currency in the pair EUR/USD, and the Canadian dollar is the quote currency in the pair USD/CAD.
