Check all folders in your email box, including the Spam folder. If you can’t find the letter with a password even there, use the password recovery service.
To reset the password, go to the Private office, section “Trading”, and click the account in question and choose “Password recovery” in the drop-down menu. Enter your new password, verify it by typing it in again, and press “Recover password”.
Please note that your password must be at least 8 characters long and contain upper- and lower-case Latin letters and digits.
For PCs with low resolution and mobile phones:
To recover a password, go to the Private office, section “Trading” and click the account in question, choose “Password recovery” in the menu. Enter your new password, verify it by typing it in again, and press “Recover password”.
