If you are a first-lace winner, you need to create a request to the technical support to obtain the prize. Write in a message the contest title, round’s number, number of your contest account, and the number of an account to which the prize will be deposited. E.g., “Futures Trade contest, 1st round, 31.01.2012-04.01.2012, 1st place”.
In the reply, we’ll ask you about the past rounds. Please, answer the questions and post them on your social media. Share the link in the follow-up letter to us.
The prize is deposited only to the Standard and Swap Free accounts with the maximum leverage of 1:100.
If you are a second-place winner or following, we deposit you the prize either to the Standard account (if the prize is $50 and above) or Micro account (if the prize is less than $50). To do that, create a request in the Personal account, in the tab “Support”. All requirements for the prize acquisition are listed on the contest page, in the terms of a contest (paragraph 4.2). Please note that you need to deposit before getting the prize for the places from 2 to 10.
