If you for any reason have lost your phone number attached to the account, you need to create a ticket to our technical support team requesting to detach the number from your account.
While creating a request, attach the photo of you and a paper sheet in which you write by hand the current date and time; and a document used to verify the account. Your face, your photo and information in the document, the paper sheet with the date and time must be distinguishable. We’ll notify you as soon as the number is detached.
After that, you may attach your new number to the personal account, phone application, or not attach it at all. (In the latter case, no confirmation codes will be required for your actions in the Private office. Please note that it might affect the security of your account). You can attach a new number anytime in the Security section.
