How do I calculate the overall trading volume?

You can calculate the trading volume in MetaTrader. Right-click the tab “Account history” and choose “Save as Detailed Report”. Then copy the data into an Excel file. You may need to replace a decimal point character with a decimal comma. Use Excel instruments for calculation.
