What do I do if I haven’t received an SMS with a code?

If haven’t received an SMS, we recommend you to do the following:

  1. Try to switch your web browser. We recommend Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. Note that the website may work incorrectly on mobile devices.

  2. Make sure that you have the latest version of a browser.

  3. Clean cookies and cache files.

If it didn’t help, you can cancel the OTP (One Time Password) logging. Request technical support, and don’t forget to attach your photo with a piece of paper with the current date and time written by hand and a document that you used to verify your account. Your face, the document, and the paper must be identifiable in a photo. When OTP is canceled, you’ll be notified. After that, you can either attach a new phone number/application to your account or not attach it at all. In the latter case, confirmation codes will not be required, but this may influence the account’s security. To attach it anew, go to the security settings of your private office.
