How do I file a claim?

Please, learn the claim filing procedure:

A claim must contain:

  1. First and last name of a Client (or Company name, if a Client is a legal entity).

  2. An account’s number in the Company.

  3. Date and time of a problem occurred.

  4. Description of a conflict with reference to a clause of the present Agreement or corresponding Regulations, which were violated, in the opinion of a Client.

A claim must not contain:

  1. Emotional estimates of a conflict.

  2. Offensive statements.

  3. Strong language.
