To make a deposit to a trading account with a bank card using the Growpay service, you need to perform the following steps:
1) Go to your private office.
2) Click on the "Deposit account" button to the right of the trading account number.
3) Choose your Growpay deposit method.
4) Specify the currency and amount of deposit. Click Continue.
5) Make sure the entered data is correct. If all the data is entered correctly, click "Transfer Funds".
6) You will be redirected to the payment system page. Select the currency from the list, as well as the bank from the card of which you plan to make a deposit.
Please pay attention:
When transferring funds, it is strictly forbidden to indicate any comments!
The transfer amount must be exactly the same as on the payment system page.
Sending funds is carried out by intra-bank transfer or according to the rules of the selected payment system.
If these rules are not followed, the company cannot guarantee the crediting of funds to your trading account.
7) Check the entered data, click on the "Confirm" button.
8) Confirm the selected bank again and your agreement with the terms of the payment system (click on the "Confirm" button).
9) On the new page you will see the card number and amount. Transfer the specified amount exactly to this card. Download the payment confirmation on the same page or send it by email to [email protected] . Confirm the payment on the page and wait for the funds to be credited.
